5D
A private space for a team
Encrypted on your device before it reaches us.
5D Trust for teams is for one person who offers something — training, coaching, lessons — and the people they offer it to. The lead invites the team; the team talks, shares pictures, books time and reads what the lead publishes, all in one place.
There is no feed, no follower count, and nobody arrives uninvited. Somebody joins a team only through an invitation link from its lead.
It is built on the same platform as 5D Trust for two, and one account works in both.
Messages, voice notes, photographs and video, in one thread the whole team shares. Everybody's name is on what they wrote.
The lead publishes the times they are free; a member books one and the lead confirms it. Activities everybody can sign up to. Other members can't see your bookings.
Instructions, tips, playlists and product links from the lead, on one page. Some entries may be priced: the lead lets you in, and payments are arranged directly between you and the lead, not through this app.
A shared album for the team that knows where and when, and can be searched by what is in a picture — without us learning what is in it.
The team's home address and the places it marks. Whether members' locations show at all is the lead's decision, and it is off until they turn it on.
Every booking change is written down, in order. A member sees their own history and what they owe; the lead sees the whole ledger.
What a team writes, photographs and records is encrypted on your device before it reaches us. We hold the encrypted bytes.
Everybody in a team holds the team's key, so everybody in it can read what is said there. Your bookings and your requests for paid News are kept from the other members by our server, which refuses to hand them over — that is access control, and we say so rather than call it cryptography.
We also hold a wrapped copy of every team's key, so the feature that reads a photograph can work. That is encryption at rest with per-team keys. It is not the kind of encryption only the members' phones can ever open, and we do not describe it as that. A team has no setting that removes our copy.
The whole of it is in the privacy policy, which is worth the ten minutes.

5D Trust for teams is in testing and is not yet on the App Store. On iPhone it installs through TestFlight, by invitation; on Android, straight from us — the Download page has both.
